Linda has been sewing all her life in one way or another. She started her profession in the early 1970’s in the rag trade in the East End of London. Over the years she expanded into Motor Home upholstery, working for an award winning Campervan conversion company and has overseen the soft furnishings manufacturing for outdoor garden, conservatory and cane ware furniture companies.
In the past, Linda focused on delivering services for interior design companies which started out with an apprenticeship with John Andrews of Design For Life Interiors. After moving to Somerset 10 years ago Linda created Somerset Soft Furnishing to provide a personal bespoke soft furnishing service to all kinds of private and commercial clients.
